Ground Beef Stroganoff Noodles

Ground Beef Stroganoff Noodles

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

8 ounces egg noodles

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add your Klingel's Farm ground beef and cook until it's browned and no longer pink. Remove any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the onions are translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push the beef and onion mixture to the side of the skillet. Melt the butter on the empty side. Sprinkle flour over the melted butter and whisk it together to form a roux. Let it cook for about a minute to remove the raw flour taste.
  5. Gradually pour in the beef broth while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Combine the broth with the roux, beef, and onions. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and paprika into the beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Let it simmer gently for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  7. Add the cooked egg noodles into the skillet with the beef stroganoff sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
  8. Serve the ground beef stroganoff noodles hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
